Your team may be composed of two, twenty, or two million people. One thing is certain. Innovation does not go very far without collaboration. Inventors can fall in love with their ideas and refuse to submit to that kind of rigorous criticism they need to be finished. If only one person is responsible for an idea, get a single point of view. Put together the right group of people focused and creative ways to solve a problem and, with a little ‘luck, you’ll get an innovative idea. In a group, shockingly different idea can expand the discussion, taking roads that show definitely paying off.

The recognition of the increasingly collaborative nature of innovation has led to earlier this year to amend its policy on intellectual property. Access to the technology covered by its 500 software patents, thereby creating a ‘common heritage of patents’ that serves as a platform for business innovation and interoperability of software.

Blogging, podcasts, e-mail and instant messages promising to bring the collaborative innovation to new levels. Created a program called ThinkPlace. This is an open platform that allows our employees to submit their ideas for improving a process, or even pursue a market opportunity to address an issue of social character. Then, on this idea, colleagues involved with their suggestions. We also use ‘Internet jamming’, a dialogue-wide company that allows all employees, wherever they are, to share ideas. If you want to encourage innovation, put together different perspectives to solve a problem. Then observe how ideas are born.

An innovative company knows usually do great minds think alike A culture of innovation is so focused on solving real problems that it is very happy to collaborate with anybody that can help you solve that problem.

A culture of innovation is so focused on solving real problems that cooperates willingly with anyone who can help solve that particular problem. To innovate you need to collaborate. Course you’ll need to collaborate. Blogging is a way to communicate.
What you really want to do is to reach everyone, something that you could not do before, but now with the Internet you can find out what people think and listen. Thanks to the Internet we can now have all the computers in the world connected. So with all computers connected together, each person can connect with any other.
