The alternative to go it is certainly fascinating. For a young man who can’t find work, for people who have been expelled from the market or is dissatisfied its role, if you have a dream that wants to achieve for many years: There are many reasons why people on the road of self. Certainly at the top there is the desire for autonomy:
manage their time and their work “without having to account to anyone, make decisions and take responsibility. Beware, though: starting their own means nothing constraints and full freedom of action. The rules of the game dictates the market: the tastes, needs and “pockets” of our customers can express an opinion, much more fraught with consequences of the outburst of the most intransigent  head! Difficulties abound and the risks (economic) can be high, but the determination, a good dose of optimism and humility to learn the difficult job of the entrepreneur are a good starting point. So, what are the characteristics of a good entrepreneur? What is certain is that the only technical skills are not sufficient to ensure the success of a business. Alongside these, is the fundamental motivation that allows you to invest time and energy without getting down from the initial difficulties. The much-vaunted risk-taking is also
an important feature, but it goes a bit ‘cut back doing business does not mean gambling! Luck has a role, but a good entrepreneur risks must know how to calculate. Very important is the ability to self-criticism: know your limits and weaknesses and be able delegate to others what you are able to do alone.
