Must Decide How To Achieve Success

Starting a business providing an advantage over competitors, to stay as long as possible in the market. At this stage you must also identify development opportunities, gain, convenience, (return on investment: through sales of our products we are recovering the money spent at the beginning?) To develop the forecasts (summaries of accounts) precise enough with which to determine whether the activity is progressing well. Once the objectives for growth and value for money in terms of how we want to go (to decide on the famous “more” and “better”), it is time to make operational plans that will explain how to reach the planned targets. We are the conditions, after reflecting on each of the five stages just seen, to write our business plan.To do that you must address the following seven arguments:
1.The idea and those who want to propose,
2.The analysis of business environment,
3.The marketing plan,
4.Market research,
5.The organization
6.The legal forms,
7.The economic and financial.
This path, apparently simple and straightforward, is often long and difficult. However, the proper examination of these seven points allows us to define our business idea, which will become the final draft, which must be considered first of all by ourselves (to be convinced of everything that we wrote) and then by “external “interested to cooperate or to finance the initiative.
