The future of a company depends on the large and small decisions made every day. To succeed, happiness and health needs to take the right decisions. The question is: to what extent success depends on the complexity or simplicity of the process of decision-making?.

There is a moment in which takes the decision and at this moment the manager is only and may, without thinking, opt for what the simulation model advised him or to continue his intuition.

The management is to anticipate situations and take decisions. The speed in response times of a company almost always is associated with the speed with which decisions are made and, of course, many other factors, such as the organization, processes, technology and the people; but in its origin depends on the speed and accuracy in decision-making.

A good decision is not (or should not be) a surprise, but that is the natural consequence of a process that takes as a solid base and permanent the information with that account who takes, as well as its maturity.

In very large companies, in which must have a pattern of behavior manager, avoiding the surprises giving parameters very precise that condition and guide decision-making. Clear that while the concept gives some security on the errors that do not commit, also limits the generation of big ideas that are no longer produce.

Advantages and Disadvantages

Increasingly companies of advanced, which exceeded steps of managerial culture, are pointing to protect hiring people with common sense and judgment, versus the protection (and limitation) it means to have rigid manuals that conditional and limit the managerial capacities.

The experience shows us that the process of decision-making in general depends on whether the decisions are taken in the personal life or in the company: in the company there is a process more complex documentation and support of why you do this or that; in the personal life is given a couple of laps, one wonders if you can do and if you feel good, then it is. The latter is the intuition, which guide us toward what finally do. Why the personal decisions, which is almost always undertake family stability, taken in a more dynamic than in a company?. A study of the American Management Association revealed that the executives took the right decisions only 50 per cent of the times and the experience shows us that if our personal lives the level of failures was so high we broken or something worse.
It must be clear that there are decisions simpler than others and some with more elements to take into account that other; there are also to consider the characteristics of the manager and their propensity to risk, in addition to their managerial skills and business. But, in essence, there is a moment with or without information, in which it says yes or no to the decision and at this moment the manager is only and may, without thinking, opt for what the simulation model advised him or to continue his intuition. AND possibly to realize that it had reached the conclusion of what would be the decision in the first time in which raised the problems and studies, analysis and consultations will only reinforced what he already thought.

Intuition: 1) clear Perception, intimate and snapshot of a truth without the help of the reason, as if in sight. 2) Faculty to understand things instantly, without reasoning. Intuit: Perceive clear, intimate and instantly an idea or truth, as if in sight.

The intuition is an enabler of good decisions. Can be explained in a certain percentage in terms of automation of the models of decision, but in a large percentage intuition cannot be explained by conventional means of formal assessment of reality.

“The world that we have managed to create as a result of the level of thought applied has brought to the surface more problems and questions that we can resolve with the same level of thought”.

Structured models of analysis as to support the decision-making are detailed arrange the natural process of decision-making of any person. When, for example, is going to take the decision to go to the cinema there is a set of parameters that are assessed from the director and actors until the issue and the new or old that is the film; from where the cinema up what is the day and time, as well as facilities for parking and safety of where park and the safety of where leave the cart. And the comparison is to travel to the decision by two methods: the formal that makes a mark documented and obliges it to give weight to all things, absolute and relative, direct and indirect, free and conditioning; versus the decision-making intuitive, fast without leaving more footprint that the decision. Experience has shown that the decision-making intuitive, regardless of the agility and speed that gives the processes, is built through the abstraction of the formal processes; the same mind that builds the model is able to prosecute a great speed and giving the pesos to the variables in the form much more accurate than if I had to externalise and explain their behavior. The model becomes automatic.

Another interesting case is the process is the process of tying shoes; at the beginning one had to think a step by step, which then became so natural that at present if you think is wrong. This is “lee” as to whether data is stored in a group, one can process instantly information and decide or execute (case of shoes) successful actions almost without thinking. A good decision maker must handle groups of information that can compare and put together in seconds and arrive at conclusions and decisions very quickly. For that must be reckoned with lots of information and with a method of access to handle timely. But that is automatic, which explains only a low percentage of decisions by intuition.

The reason, together with the models and techniques of decision-making, moves in a plane of abstraction totally different from the intuition; this means that do not occur together. To achieve the levels of abstraction that make possible the intuitions must be reached a point that “off” the reason.

If you combine adequately the technique of groups of information in the rational level with the possibility of identifying the intuitions when they occur will be in the presence of a powerful decision maker that enhance any organization or business in the present. Increasingly the ability to withdraw from the plane rational and “viewing and feel” the vibrations that produces the energy of the decisions must be considered in the selection process of executives of high-level.

The intuition and reasoning, in the right balance, are the basis of success in the decision-making. The management by intuition is taking advantages over traditional approaches. Think a little.

It is not something new

Against the council of experts, Nelson Bunker Hunt continued the hunch that he could find oil in Libya. Pierced the field Sarir, which proved to be one of the largest reserves of the Land and it did 16 billion dollars richer.

Conrad Hilton, once offered 165,000 dollars for a hotel and then, before beginning the process of auction, inexplicably its own offer to $180,000. Why? The commented that simply made him feel good, needed do so. It seemed that that was what had to do. Then when it opened envelopes, the second offer highest was $179,000.

Jonas Salk said: The intuition is my partner. I wake up each morning to see what new presents has me .

Someone said: the ideas are volatile. It should be a block to the side of the bed to go before them slip away.

Through the intuition Isaac Newton discovered the laws of gravity and the movement, and invented the calculation and the telescope reflective.

The exhibitions numerous opportunities to go wrong this must be made to ensure that all is well? Each year, some of the main technologies, science and society world oil compete for the best students from the United Kingdom degree large universities.

To ensure that they reach this quality to the students, the industry run these symposia, touring all major universities. This appointment usually involves a high responsible for marketing to manage the events that, in turn, will prepare a series of other experts staff or companies to ensure a smooth functioning Road Show.

While the organization of public sale the event, the operations of logistics are also underway.
They provide a link with the logistics team as regards the action plan and running order for every place and the best way, logistics, to minimize the time of travel and the desired result costs for the design of the stands and to build. Behind the Scenes, the leader of the logistics organizes the creation of the exhibition is, that may be modified between sites.

Logistics have need of a dummy one run, working with each location manager, to reduce the possibility of delays and errors-transport equipment, and the dismantling of erecting stand (s), Cameroon, ensure the hardware is working, to verify the methods and other equipment restoration, “Goody” bags containing promotional material and Mark widget are often the responsibility for the marketing of logistics to organize but prepare and deliver.

Cortes bailiffs and promotion of staff must be fully informed of responding to the students and delegating more information. Furthermore, the international oil companies and scientific research the companies can attract the negative publicity and eco-activists therefore a suitable staff must have a contract to spread the protests.

To ensure a good and the success Road Show requires a good management. The logistics management depth will cover:*high-level & discreet safety *polished & well-informed ushers*depth place preparation*of packaging, the provision, and the main-d “Goody bags”*dismantling of the event represents & equipment*of transport and storage services between places

In principle, of doing business, there are only 3 key types of capital that you would exclude: Initial Capital Investment, Working Capital and Operational Capital. Let we discuss one by one.

1. Initial investment

what is the initial investment capital? This is the kind of capital should you spend at the beginning, and is usually used for the long term. Examples of this capital is the building, equipment such as computers, vehicles, office furniture and other goods used for the long term.

If your business bike shop business, then your initial investment capital is building, workshop tools, and other furniture in the workshop is required. If your business stores, then your initial investment capital are a shelf, table, perhaps even register.
Usually, this capital value large enough for long-term use. But the value of this early investment capital will shrink from year to year even from month to month.

2. Working capital

This is capital that should you spend to buy or make your merchandise. This working capital can be issued every month, or every comes order.

For example, if your business is the business place to eat, then the working capital you need is capital to buy groceries. If your business development efforts made crafts, then your working capital is the money you spend to buy raw materials. If your business is a photocopy services, your working capital so that you spend money to buy paper, ink, and so forth.

Principle, no working capital, you will not be able to complete your order or do not have the merchandise. Later, you might not even be able buyer because the goods just are not there. That is the importance of working capital.

3. Operational capital

The last capital is operational capital. Operational capital is capital that should you spend to pay the monthly operating costs of your business. Payment of salaries for instance, the telephone monthly, electricity, water, and even retribution.

Outposts in the capital of this operation on each business generally similar. This is because, in principle, the meaning of operational capital is money that should you spending to pay the cost outposts outside of your business directly. So, Capital Operations are usually paid on a monthly basis.

Now, you can calculate your own, right, capital should you spend to start a business. Hopefully useful.

Many employees who complained about the unequal pay with the pile of tasks that must be completed each day. But usually they choose to wait until the time of performance appraisal (performance review) to negotiate with the company for compensation can be adjusted with the achievement.

Unfortunately, not everyone has good negotiation skills. Well, let the boss to grant your request, we provide tips.

1. Create Job Details

The first step to successfully negotiate a raise is to collect and update your list of things during this waistband. Unfortunately, most employees do not have a clear job or loss of job files supplied by the first part of a bonus when the position now.

If it also happens to you, immediately update your job with a detailed list of tasks and responsibilities that you do every day. You can also find information to friends professionals in other agencies to estimate the ‘selling points’ of your current skills on the job market. This is important as a preparation time will negotiate.

2. Sort Achievements List

After a detailed job, it’s time to make the achievement of the target points for each job. Put a description of achievements and create what you’ve accomplished so far. This data must you have and need to be taken during the performance appraisal.

So, when you meet your boss does not need to “frothy-foam” mention what achievements you have done for the company. Simply mention your contribution on a major project that has been completed, so the boss catch information that your job is widespread, so the need to adjust responsibilities, position, compensation, too.

3. Discuss Your Performance Appraisal

Usually every company has a special time to conduct employee performance appraisal, there is once a year, some twice a year, there is also a once every three months.

Approaching your performance appraisal time, do the initiative to meet with your boss. Discuss with your boss your plans in the future, related to job performance. So that employers have the opportunity to assess your performance at this point.

4. Realistic

Actually negotiate about salary should not wait for performance appraisal. If you feel has contributed to the company, just ask legitimate compensation adjustments now. Requirement is, you have to evaluate yourself objectively. Another thing to consider is the financial condition of the office.

When negotiating a raise when the boss refused to grant the company’s financial reason not possible, I try to understand. But when the boss refused when we’ve accomplished and the company was financially able, and then it’s time to move for work. “

I mostly entertained profiles of a patrimonial nature, in affected by the upcoming or most recent innovations. however necessary call with even a fleeting mention also the main categories of management technique intended to more directly affect the formation of the result of exercise.

In fact, technically it is not only the process of having a reservation deal with a careful collection of facts to the exact business definition of technical commitments, with reflex effects on the effective and timely planning their own means. So are the tariff and liquids.

Regarding the tariff profile, the precise quantification of the costs internal and external should be recognized by branch and by line of business, so to achieve a balance of technical branch and product. Especially in compulsory insurance is particularly important to use experience Statistics in fixing the rate which, in motor liability insurance, can not Apart from the technical bases for overflow from a legitimate expectation of profit the substantial avoidance of the legal obligation to contract.

In the process settled, finally, the management audit will focus on cost containment without disregarding the expectations of the injured and insured. Also in this area is of particular significance to the control management under classes mandatory. Thus, the liability of the cars can not companies simply detect the presence of costs of non-technically speaking to download later on insured with the pricing. It requires operators a careful cost control that protects the rights holders without increasing diseconomies due to the collective of individuals.

4 pillars that supports the business

we all know so well, the market where the technology is very important because you can get the results we all hope and then the liquid has a huge market with great potential to operate I can say that the market for government bonds, where we can manage the technology, only to gives an indication of size, 3500-3800 operations per second, the marketing authorization of credit cards, etc. where he ran an average of about 700-800 transactions per second.

So you ask, how can we grow. we use a lot of technology, but technology has become a product that everyone can have it, the only difference is the people, can make the technology better than anyone else. This is the first principle we think to build growth beyond national boundaries.

We assume that the knowledge and reputation are key factors to guarantee growth, and the facts necessary to establish this, let’s together with the innovation that we call a smart company and supported by business intelligence. That means building an intelligent enterprise, considering the 4 pillars that support the business, but with a little “different, or only through their characters who work in these pillars. In the end, growth is usually provided by a series of phenomena, several exogenous factors that companies own and endogenous factors. This phenomenon is the appeal of the state, we all know, today’s “Today, our country is not very interesting, we hope that with everything you’re trying to do to be interesting and we can build the attraction base as one the basic conditions for businesses to grow.

The second problem is that management leadership capable of innovating, the third issue is the ability to develop competitiveness and the fourth theme is the ability to exploit new technologies. Well, the only common denominator in all this are the people who work with passion, perseverance and supported by the talent will make a positive difference in the company. Now, try to read the five pillars that support the company through logic and talent, we analyze the first pillar is the pillar of knowledge. Company filled with all knowledge, all: the problem is a management problem, namely, the problem is always a problem for everyone, the people who have experience can extract the knowledge and expertise. In this way, knowledge becomes a driving force to bring innovation, discipline is the first weapon for competitive company and the leading of its competitors. Here, the theme of knowledge in relation to the people who work in business must be a culture, must be a way of life and management of the company should be able to accumulate in a person’s ability to factor common knowledge that all ‘in the company. This is the first key point, the first pillar that we started working with the people in this business and I must say we have to start changing business management, business management within a culture. The company’s management from the 2000s rather than the 80 management, management of the 2000s should be a management that can handle a variety of leadership, management must be able to manage the diversity of people within the company, because everyone can contribute to achieving results. The second point we have discussed the four pillars of a smart, as mentioned, is the factory. Plants, whatever it is, has a software factory is a factory service and so on, we are treated not as a workshop, as he had in the past, but as a central conceptual and productive. That is, we considered the construction of identity and the center through a competitive ideation which we can directly go to the product of evolution. the ability of people to look around you how investing in business, the biggest increase innovation that might be taken, as a revolutionary innovation does not do the things that have the ability to see things you do every day with slightly different eyes, and thus the real and completely new innovation.

The third pillar: we watched with one eye working in a profession and professionalism. Currently, there are risks of internationalization, there are risks of globalization and so on, we tried to lift the company by focusing on job satisfaction and personal satisfaction of individual subjects. We want to give everyone a role in the company, an important role for the growth. With management tasks, we try to make people understand the importance of their role in growth. For us, the issue of management training has enabled smart to answer the question in a different way from the 2000s from the 90′s and 80′s. Second thing: the ability to develop talent and talent is something lacking today. What are we trying to do the whole process is to develop a mechanism within the company can exploit and the people who make the people of this talented. Talent we are the people who can work with a better service than our competitors and other entities. The only difference is: we only use the technology and the technology available to all people, you have the money and you buy it from IBM by Microsoft, for all those who can provide. But the real difference lies in the people who can make it work. Here, we try to build a mechanism that would allow people to have a passion to have the accreditation will be given credit for what they do and what they do, so we have to trigger the mechanism that has brought our company a company with the highest reputation in Europe , of course one of the companies operating in our sector. Thus, knowledge and reputation, built only with the method of examination through a process of management and operational talent. If so there will be a second round, then I will talk about technology, because it is the key to growth and business success.
